Isover Insulsafe Cavity is an innovative blown glass wool insulation specifically developed for retrofitting existing, uninsulated cavity walls. Thanks to its excellent thermal properties, this product provides a long-lasting solution for a comfortable and energy-efficient home.
Isover Insulsafe Cavity contributes to a more sustainable home and is largely made from recycled glass. Over its lifetime, the material can save more than 100 times the energy required for its production, transport and installation. It is also supplied in recyclable, transparent packaging, further reducing its environmental impact.
Isover Insulsafe Cavity is installed by approved professionals. The blown glass wool is evenly and carefully installed into the cavity through small holes drilled into the mortar joints, with hole diameters starting from just 14 mm. Once installation is complete, the drill holes are carefully sealed so that the appearance of the exterior wall remains virtually unchanged.
Isover Insulsafe Cavity is EUCEB-certified and complies with strict European safety and health requirements. The product is also certified by SKG-IKOB and Insula, demonstrating that it meets stringent insulation standards.
